Summer Greetings from our CEO

The world around us continues to change. Disruption is present in many forms, and our clients are facing new challenges that require them to adapt to new ways of working. The same applies to us.

Uncertainty is very much part of today’s operating environment, but managing uncertainty is also something Medaffcon knows well. Our role is, and has always been, to help our clients navigate complexity with evidence, insight, and practical solutions.

This spring, we have developed new services with a strong commercial focus. We have also expanded to serve a wider group of clients, including the medtech sector, where the need to demonstrate clinical value, cost-effectiveness, and real-world impact is becoming increasingly important. It is exciting to see how our expertise supports new types of companies and solutions.

Another important milestone has been the progress of our Swedish office. During the first half of the year, the first large projects in Sweden were finalized and delivered. These projects have helped us further develop our cross-border way of working, and they have shown the strength of our Nordic teams. By sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and leveraging each other’s expertise, we are building something that is more than the sum of its parts.

This autumn, disruption will be the theme of our EMMA event. EMMA has always been a very special evening for Medaffcon and our network. The first EMMA was organized 10 years ago, and over the years it has remained a highly popular gathering for thought leadership, dialogue, and shared perspectives across the life science community. We are looking forward to another inspiring evening together.
